The Western Idaho Community Action Partnership, Inc. was created in 1965 under the provisions of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, and since then has been involved in developing and administering anti-poverty programs.
Mission Statement
To promote the capacity, competency, responsibility, opportunity, power and self-sufficiency of people experiencing economic and related problems or
disadvantages.
